What do I wear?
What you’d wear to see a physio is fine, just wear clothes you’re feel comfortable in!
Can I wear trainers?
Barefoot is good, or socks if you prefer.
Will it hurt?
No, it won’t hurt at all, I promise!
I’ll mainly be touching reflex points around your head, face, joints and muscles.
What do I need to bring?
Just water to drink, but it’s important to have eaten at least an hour before you arrive and be hydrated.
Is this like acupuncture?
No, not at all, completely pain free. My aim is to reduce and get rid of your pain!
Is this like physio?
I’m not a physio, although I do sometimes use physical testing methods.
How long does it take?
Each session lasts one hour, although you may need multiple sessions, similar to any other therapy.
What happens next?
I would want you to feel some kind of shift in how your body feels after the first session. You’ll feel your body get stronger over time.
